Pakola Black was created as a social experiment — a modern, zero-sugar extension imagined for one of South Asia's most nostalgic brands. The challenge was to show how a legacy product could compete in a market dominated by global beverages. The solution centred on a premium black-and-gold identity and a simple, provocative line; Zero Sugar. Zero Guilt. positioning Pakola Black as a local, guilt-free alternative built on pride, heritage and bold flavour.
